Changan Interstellar RV is an original factory RV based on the modification of the Changan hunter truck , which integrates the upper and lower parts.The cabin adopts a pentagonal structure, consisting of aluminum plate+wooden board+XPS composite material (aluminum alloy keel)+wooden board+skin, with a thickness of up to 32mm, highlighting the insulation performance.
The length, width, and height of the RV are 5995 × 2170 × 2880 (mm). The minimum ground clearance of the vehicle is 215mm, and the approach/departure angles are 28 °/17 °. Respectively
the vehicle is equipped with a 2.0T gasoline engine, with a maximum power of 171 kW and peak torque of 390 Nm. It also features a ZF 8-speed automatic transmission and a timely four-wheel drive system. Additionally, differential locks are matched at the center and rear axles, which effectively enhance the vehicle’s ability to overcome difficulties.
On the left side of the vehicle is an outdoor camping configuration, including an external showerhead, seasoning bottle rack, power interface, outdoor diesel stove, sunshade, etc.
Adopting a passenger car style cab design, the advantages are good comfort capability and high configuration.The RV is equipped with advanced features such as brake assist, hill assist, cruise control, tire pressure monitoring, online navigation, voice recognition, and streaming rearview mirrors.
The size of the forehead bed is 2×1.3 (m), which can accommodate two adults to rest. The height of the bed from the top can reach 0.9m, and the headroom is very spacious.
The refrigerator has a capacity of 148L, which can store more ingredients during travel. The induction cooker above can also quickly heat simple meals in daily life.
The interior of the integrated independent bathroom is made of large-area waterproof materials, and the bottom is designed with double floor drains.
In terms of the water and electricity, the RV is equipped with a 160L clean water tank and a 50L grey water tank; 48V 200Ah lithium battery+5kW charging and reversing integrated machine (5kW inverter 3.3kW charger)+800W solar panel will provide electrical energy for the in car appliances. The water tank can be optionally equipped with 300L coming with heating and cleaning functions.
